Italian aperitif
An inside look at Italians’ most loved aperitifs and in particular, those most common in Verona.
Each lesson consists of:
- an overview of typical Italian aperitifs;
- how to make a particular aperitif;
- any particularities related to the ingredients needed to make that aperitif;
- practical advice on how to make Italian aperitifs.
The focus of the course will be to develop and improve oral comprehension and speaking ability.
You must have a minimum level of A2 in Italian to register for this course.
Each lesson is 1 classroom hour and each classroom hour is considered 55 minutes. The course will begin only once a minimum of 3 students have enrolled.
