Minor in Real Estate

The minor in real estate is designed for students interested in obtaining their real estate brokers license. Regardless of your major, students successfully completing this minor are exempt from the 2-years salesperson requirement that is required to sit for the real estate broker's exam, helping students get a jumpstart on career in the exciting field of real estate.
