Career Transitions
The Chaffey College Career Transitions program is designed to help create pathways that lead to higher education in a specific career field. A career pathway is an effective way to help students see the application of academic knowledge and make connections between education and a variety of career options by:
- Challenging students to meet rigorous academic standards
- Providing hands-on learning experience in articulated secondary CTE courses
- Giving students graduating from high school technical skills to be competitive in the job market
- Preparing students who enter directly into the workforce
- Fostering students access to an associate degree, baccalaureate degree and beyond
