This certificate will combine classes offered by the Hotel/Restaurant and the Business departments to create a Certificate of

Achievement for students that complete the series of classes. This program responds to the large number of students that are

currently requesting a limited number of courses specifically targeted to preparing them to open up their own restaurant. This

program is part of a multi-year grant-funded initiative sponsored by the state chancellor's office to add an entrepreneurship

component to traditional academic/vocational programs statewide.
