International Business Management
Formerly called International Business.
International trade is important because most businesses operate in the global marketplace. This degree provides you with the business knowledge and cross-cultural management skills you will need in order to develop and maintain international business relationships in often volatile political, cultural and economic/financial environments. Contemporary business case studies enable you to see how various types of businesses operate and succeed in international markets. Assessments focus on the application of the skills and knowledge you have gained to real-life business situations. We offer four-year routes where you can spend your third year on industrial placement or studying at one of our overseas partner universities. You can also enhance your employability by studying a language as an integral part of the programme. This can be a language that is new to you, or one previously studied.
