The Online Non-Profit Management Certificate Program is a joint campus program developed and implemented by California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (CPP) and California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) under the advisement of non-profit industry leaders. It is designed to prepare professionals who are currently serving in non-profit organizations, as well as individuals in other sectors who are looking to transition into the non-profit sector, develop leadership and management skills with a series of online non-profit management courses. Core competencies in non-profit leadership and management will be taught through experience and case studies from the instructors to enhance participants’ understanding of the learning material. The entire program consists of five 5-hour online courses.
