The Business Consulting Master Programme, offered by the faculty Business Information Systems of HFU, is a three semester full time programme emphasizing on the integration of business, information systems and soft skills.
Business Process Reengineering (BPR), reorientation in process organization, the search for new operating areas, process design and also the conversion of these goals into practice by means of modern information technology are the challenges in the future. Throughout the world there is a considerable lack of highly qualified consultant, expert and project leader personalities who cansupport businesses in dealing with the challenges mentioned above.
Graduates of our Business Consulting Master programme master all the challenges Business Consultants are faced with. They are able to analyze, optimize, monitor and control processes and structures in organizations. In particular, the course deals with cash and information flows in business oriented IT solutions.
