This degree gives you the opportunity to enhance our award-winning BA (Hons) Scottish Cultural Studies, which has the cultural identity of the Highlands and Islands and its communities at its heart, with the study of Gaelic.
Throughout the course you will explore language, literature, history, culture and much more, focussing on the Highlands and Islands, but including further afield within Scotland. You will also gain an understanding or enrich your skills in the Gaelic language with language courses throughout the degree.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the optional museum placement as part of the course, as well as possible volunteering positions across the Highlands.
