OVERVIEW |
AGSB’s doctorate program is offered to professionals who wish to accomplish their managerial studies through research and applying practical aspects to learning for the future. It provides a flexible and independent alternative to traditional higher degree studies and is based on research and specialization in areas of professional practice.
The student has to terminate the research methodology course, which will give him/her a narrow grounding in both, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and assure rapid progress in the completion of the program. |
STRUCTURE |
Direct contact and guidance by highly qualified professors / advisors to supervise the candidate’s research.
10 seminars/workshops for the duration of 10 months. 12 hours of research methodology. A final Thesis report has to be submitted to the Academic Dean prior to the defense. |
OBJECTIVES |
Provide a high quality doctorate in the area of Business Administration.
Extend professional knowledge through research and the application of personal competencies. Facilitate in-depth studies of particular areas in Business Administration. Provide access to the latest academic tools and concepts. Develop the ability to carry out independent research at an advanced level. |
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS |
• The completed and signed application form.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college/university and official transcripts. • Six (6) passport-size photographs. • Copy of valid passport. • Curriculum Vitae / résumé. • A minimum of three years of managerial experience supported by a letter of recommendation. • TOEFL official score report for non-native English speakers. TOEFL minimum score is 550/TOEFL IBT score 80 (AGSB institution code: 9756). IELTS minimum score is 6.0. • An autobiographical essay of approximately 500 words reflecting your educational and career goals, research proposal and your motivation in seeking admission to AGSB. • A bank statement certifying financial solvency (Applicant’s or Sponsor’s). |
