With a Bachelor in Dentistry at Queen`s University of Belfast you will typically have, in your first year, developed the core knowledge and clinical skills which will have prepared you for work with patients. In your second year you will have continued to develop your clinical skills through the supervised treatment of patients on clinical placements in a variety of dental environments, thereby allowing you to gain appropriate clinical experiences, and you will have continued to develop your knowledge by studying subjects such as paediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry, radiology, behavioural science, oral surgery and learn about plaque related diseases.
