The Sports Nutrition courses online teach the skills that can help you to create and manage a regular diet for the best exercise performance. This program is approved for 7 continuing education units (CEUs) by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), which can be applied toward recertification as a personal trainer, and by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 1.7 continuing education credits (CECs) toward recertification as an ACE fitness professional.
