Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA)

The Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Program offers induction support to individuals in their first and second year of teaching. The BTSA Program also offers professional education, training and practice in induction support services for experienced teachers who serve as support providers/portfolio assessors and observers. Induction services consist of collegial coaching, professional development, and formative assessment using observations and teaching portfolios.
