Students will study 8 subjects from the below list:

Manage Quality Customer Service
Manage budgets and financial plans
Develop a workplace learning environment
Ensure a safe workplace
Manage projects

This program is taught by E-Tutoring.

The normal cost of this program is GBP 750.00, however fee reduction scholorships are available to members of the Institute of Management Specialists reducing the cost to only GBP 600.00
