This is an intensive, though enjoyable and engaging graduate program using a range of teaching techniques – focused around lectures, tutorials, group-work, seminars and laboratory sessions. The idea is to integrate theory with professional and vocational practices allowing students to develop an understanding of the principles and ideas of contemporary information management. Students will also have the opportunity to work independently or with minimal guidance. Students will be encouraged to reflect on the role of the information professional against the wider context of the legal and ethical issues involved.
