With a Masters in Creative Arts at Central Queensland University you will typically have studied two art disciplines combining both artistic practice and theory, providing you with both creative and analytical skills. You will also have gained a conceptual understanding of the social and cultural context, in which artistic expression is appreciated and valued. masters students: You will typically have engaged in the production of a major creative work and a supporting 10,000–15,000-word thesis. You will have engaged in a creative research component which will have included an exhibition in a traditional gallery venue or relevant digital format, such as CD-ROM, a website, video, DVD or piece of journalism.
