With a Associate in Science at RMIT University a Bachelor of Science is as varied as the discipline itself. You may study the traditional natural sciences and become a Bachelor of Biology/Physics/Applied Mathematics etc. However the range has extended greatly in the past decades and there are now opportunites to become a Bachelor of Environmental Science, for example, which incorporates the areas of geography, environmental science, chemistry, biology, earth science, and physics, and may also include the study of maths and statistics to understand measurements and data. You may even incorporate a year of law in order to have an understanding of, say, environmental protection.
