With a Certificate in Training at Kolej Damansara Utama (KDU) you will typically have received a solid grounding in such fields as conditioning, an introduction to athletic training, the physiology of exercise, the care and prevention of athletic injuries, sport nutrition, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, and clinical evaluation of athletic injuries (upper and lower body).
