You will typically have taken a broad-ranging and practice-based approach covering composition, performance, computer-based arrangement and recording, along with the social and psychological study of music.

You will have integrated depth of preparation in one of the traditional disciplines of music with an area of secondary emphasis, taken part in supervised college teaching experiences, completed comprehensive written and oral exams, and a dissertation.
