You will explore American literature and history and learn the core skills required to take an interdisciplinary perspective on the whole range of the American experience, including sociology, the arts and many other areas. There will be a strong emphasis on a multicultural perspective. The course is ideally suited for further graduate study. bachelors students: Employment opportunities: teaching in the main, but a Master’s or PhD is a must.
