The tasks of a broadcast and sound engineer include the installing, testing, and repairing of electronic equipment used to transmit radio, television, and cable programs. Broadcast engineers also produce soundtracks for the film industry, operate sound for live events and concerts, and are involved in recording studio production.
With a Bachelor in Broadcast Engineering at Bluefield State College you will have received a solid grounding in such fields as electronic circuits, technical computing, electronics, power conversion and digital systems.
