Description of the programme:
The Master of Laws (LLM) program provides an ideal platform for high-caliber students to acquire expertise in specialized subject areas informed by world-class, research-led teaching. It helps students enhance their abilities to think critically, analyze legal arguments, articulate ideas, research efficiently, and write effectively. This serves to prepare them for professional careers or further studies at a doctoral level. Combining public, private and economic law aspects in an international and European perspective is the major aim of the European and International Business Law LL.M. program. It does not focus primarily on institutional and administrative law of the European Union but also includes key features of international business. The program caters for those who already are, or desire to become, international legal practitioners in internationally operating law firms, courts of law, companies or organizations, or in national governments.
