With a PhD in Mechatronics at Warsaw University of Technology you will have received a solid grounding in such areas as mathematics, coupled with the underlying concepts of electrical, mechanical, materials, and production engineering. You will typically have undertaken laboratory work and utilized the production skills gained to build and test a design; further study will have involved engineering technologies and management, creating design specifications, and becoming skilled in the use of a control system design and analysis package, and an electronics design package.
phd students: You will have engaged in advanced study and research in such fields as control design theory for adaptive controls, digital controls, and time delay controls and their applied areas, robust control based on H-infinity control, development of predictive control methods and their applications to mechanical systems.
